I stayed at this hotel and really appreciated its cleanliness and spaciousness. The location is fantastic, nestled in a vibrant area filled with shops and restaurants, but I did find some shortcomings in the service and amenities. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for value for money, but keep in mind that certain dining options might not cater to all preferences.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. However, having two adjacent rooms instead of one with two queen beds can be a bit inconvenient. Plus, I found the lack of socket outlets and kitchen utensils like spoons was frustrating for enjoying my meals in the room.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly and accommodating, with staff who went out of their way to find us a parking space. However, they seemed a bit unprepared at times, like when they ran out of big towels and couldn't immediately confirm pricing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is situated in a vibrant new hotspot in Jeju, which was super convenient for accessing shops and restaurants. It was great for after exploring the attractions, although we did have to deal with cigarette smoke from a nearby smoking area.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast selection felt tailored specifically for locals, with mainly Korean dishes and limited western options. While I understand the cultural context, I was hoping for a more international breakfast menu as part of an international hotel chain.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic but met my needs without being anything extraordinary. While clean and functional, I wouldn’t classify them as luxurious or overly modern.

The hotel has a fantastic location right by Lotte Duty Free and other shops, making it very convenient for exploring. While the room was spacious and clean, there were some issues with the facilities, particularly the beds and unpleasant odors from the sink. The service could use some improvement as well, especially with communication regarding room charges. Overall, the value for money is decent, but there are definitely some areas that need attention.
